Hi, My name is Erica and I’m based in San Francisco. I help companies close commercial transactions, and I know how to make plants grow too.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve reviewed thousands of contracts and presented to companies around the world. I've negotiated agreements valued at $500k, $10 million, and $100+ million for products and services in different industries.

I started as a lawyer and now I get it done from the business side. I also teach business strategy courses for a top 25 U.S. News & World Report Evening MBA program.
